Monique Wells is the founder and CEO of the Wells International Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower individuals – particularly women and persons of African descent – by exposing them to educational and cultural opportunities that allow them to experience a richer, more fulfilling life.

She discussed how she went from Houston to Paris, where she’s lived for the past 25 years, to spread her mission.
